The area is very peaceful. The staff is very kind and helpful. The food at the two restaurant are very nice. Don't miss the Salmon at Kota restaurant. Beautiful scenery. We had a cottage king cabin, very nice. Mrs Teija at the Aitta restaurant makes you feel as part of the family. Excellent hospitallity by Mrs. Teija.

Absolutely beautiful property with amazing views, we were able to see the northern lights every night we stayed there. Lots of activities to do, we did the kayaks and sauna / river experience and they were both amazing. Buffet offered was pretty good and staff were fantastic. We were about to miss our train after a terrible experience with Bolt cancelling at the last minute and one of the staff helped us call the taxi company who rushed and got us on time. We were able to see the reindeers in the property and do some hiking around, everything was lovely. Could not recommend more

Apukka was outstanding! We had the most wonderful stay with exceptional staff. The igloos were just beautiful and comfortable. Seeing the northern lights 2 days in a row were a bonus .. Thank you for amazing two days .

Amazing location. Cabin was beautiful and compact. We were incredibly lucky and experienced Aurora on our first night so was made the trip incredibly worthwhile. Great breakfast buffet offered with accommodation. Beautiful and picturesque.

We booked igloo cabin to see NL, it is clean, spacious, beautifully arranged inside, the only accomodation that has a choco powder drink as complimentary, loved it 😍 as im not a coffee drinker. The most unforgettable night because we saw the Northern lights and it is really beautiful and dancing… The breakfast was delicious with lots of varieties and they have a friendly thailander cook, she will make an omelet when u request for it. The resort itself is beautiful, a haven place in lapland. The lake is so serene nice to watch the sunrise and sunset. They have a free to use 4 seater cart that you can drive to explore the area.. the receptionist and staffs are very friendly always smiling..

We spent 2 nights in last week of Jan and it was a magical winter wonderland! Great property with tonnes of activities inside. You could easily spend a couple of days within the property without having to step out. There is also a lake inside the property which was completely frozen and we had tonnes of fun walking on the lake and doing kick sledding. There are decent vegetarian/vegan food options in the in-house restaurant Property is less than 30 mins driving distance from the airport/city/Santa Claus village Good connectivity with a lot of shuttle or cab options

The resort have list of things you can do here ( additional fee, of course ) We stayed only 2 nights so we just stay here and enjoying the resort, relaxing.

the location and the facility is great. we stayed at a kammi suite which is the best option to go at Apukka. integrated amazingly into the Lapland landscape and just beside the lake it offers a unique experience! great also is at Apukka you can get almost all adventure packs in house

This resort is extremely well run and is picturesque lakeside. The property is spread out across many acres and some of the activities are operated from the surrounding properties (reindeer farm and dog sledding) and are walking distance. The resort requires vehicles to get to and is not near the town of Robaniemi. Transportation will need to be arranged. We rented a car and it was easy to get to from the town.
